Dear EQuiP member,
 

With deepest sadness, I have to inform you that this year’s closed meeting of EQuiP, planned for November in Zagreb, Croatia, will not take place in person due to an unpredictable epidemiologic situation.

 

The Executive Board of EQuiP decided on its meeting yesterday that we will have an online (virtual) meeting which will take place on Saturday 14 November 2020.

 

We plan to start at 08:30 CET and finish by 14:00 CET. We plan to have a council meeting, group work, and plenary meeting at the end of the meeting.

The council meeting and the plenary meeting will take place in MS Teams.

 

Group work will be organised by group leaders who are left to choose the appropriate online platform for their group work.

The detailed program with links to meetings will be sent at least one week before the event.
 

In order to be able to organise this event, you need to register no later than 31 October 2020 to equip.we@gmail.com.

The event is free of charge for all members.
 

Dear friends, I am sure that we will manage to have a good meeting even though we will not meet in person.

I am really looking forward to seeing and talking to all of you!
