We would like to share with you the latest policy brief of the OECD: Strengthening the frontline: How primary health care helps health systems adapt during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Please find a direct link to the policy brief here

The PaRIS team has been working on this document for a while and it is officially released today. The brief focuses on the challenges of people living with chronic conditions during the COVID-19 pandemic, and how strong primary health care helps health system responding effectively for this patient population.

The brief includes the views of the PaRIS Patient Panel members and International Primary Care Provider Organisations on the impacts of COVID-19 (Page 6 and 9). This part was built on the survey results that you also responded on behalf of the EQuiP Network in the first half of 2020.

We are grateful for your valuable input! We hope you enjoy reading this policy brief and please feel free to share it with your network. As usual, feel free to reach out to us should you have any questions or comments.

On behalf of the PaRIS team,
