Call for EQuiP Elections 2024


Dear EQuiP Council members,

In accordance with the EQuiP Constitution, the following elections will take place in the 65th EQuiP Council Meeting Project Conference on Friday 8th November 2024 in Barcelona, Spain.

• EQuiP President for the term 2025-2028
• EQuiP Honorary Treasurer for the term 2024-2027
• Two members at large for the term 2024-2027

We invite all EQuiP Council members to apply for the above positions. All Council members of EQuiP Council with a valid membership (paid membership fee) are eligible to apply. A letter of support from another current EQuiP Council member is required.

At the next meeting of the EQuiP council, the president elect becomes the new president and assumes all the tasks and responsibilities associated with that office from the outgoing President.

The application should include the following

1. CV (for all positions)
2. Letter of support from national organisation (for all positions)
3. Letter of motivation, no longer than two pages. (Only for the candidate for President position)
