The Rural Café is an informal and interactive session bringing together medical students, residents, young family doctors and experienced rural practitioners from across Europe.
Building on the experiences of the EURIPA Rural Pre-Forum Exchange, participants will share their experiences of rural practice and engage in an open conversation about rural careers, challenges, opportunities, mentorship, professional development and the future of rural healthcare.
Rather than a traditional lecture or panel, the Rural Café aims to create a relaxed space for conversation, exchange of experiences and networking across generations and countries.
The session is open to all colleagues interested in rural medicine and rural health, whether attending the Forum in person or joining online.
